Teen Top (Hangul: Teen Top) is a South Korean boy group that consists of six members: CAP, Chunji, L.Joe, Niel, Ricky and Changjo. The band debuted in Top Media, founded by Andy Lee of Shinhwa, 2010. They released their first album just came into the world on July 9, 2010 and made its official debut next day on MBC Music Core. Their official fan club name is Angel, now unofficially called Andromeda.
Teen Top Niel and Ricky members were child actors. Niel debuted the music please, where he played the younger version of the role of Joo Won. Ricky debuted in the music video for Seo Taiji "Human Dream" and later portrayed the younger version of the character of Song Seung-heon in Love Song. [1]
2010: Debut
In July 2010, Teen Top made his debut with the title track, "Clap" (Korean: Applause) of their debut single, came into the world, which was released on July 9. The music video for "Clap" features Lizzy from After School.
Teen Top debuted officially on July 10 on MBC Music Core, followed by the SBS Inkigayo, receiving positive reviews for both performances. [2] Based on their performances, netizens gave Teen Top the nickname 'Choreography Knife ".
2011: "Supa Luv" and Roman
On January 13, 2011, Teen Top made their first round on M! Countdown with their second single "Supa Luv", which was produced by Shin Hyuk. The song, originally written and performed by Redd Stylez, was re-written and translated into Korean by Wheesung. [3]
On March 2, Teen Top released a music video for a remix version of "Supa Luv", A-rex, with scenes from the movie Beastly American. The remix was then chosen for the promotion of the film throughout Asia. [4]
The group made an appearance on French news program Le Grand Journal, for which they received overwhelming critical acclaim for comparison to other acts that appeared on the show. Notable acts which they had made for the talk show also include Eminem, Usher, Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas and Rihanna.
On July 11, after celebrating Teen Top first birthday, your agency, Top Media, announced the group's official website, a new mini album was planned to be released on July 26. Also, more details about the return of the band were revealed.
The next day, the second teaser was released exclusively on YouTube. Teen Top Roman mini-album was released on July 26 as a digital download and in stores July 27th. [5] [6]
2012: It is an artist and be ma girl
In January 2012, Teen Top released their second mini-album is. Brave Brothers produced, wrote, composed and mixed all of its six tracks. [7] The album was set to be released at midnight on January 4/5, but 8:00 on January 4, it was leaked to shareware sites, winning a thousand hits in ten minutes alone. [8]
Teen Top revealed the video for their comeback song "Crazy" (Korean): I'm dying, on January 5, with 4Minute Kwon Sohyun [9] The song was introduced in the Brazilian RedeTV! Entertainment News Reading Dynamics program on January 10, which helped Teen Top won more international interest.
On February 3, Teen Top won his first prize at KBS Music Bank since debuting with "Applause" on July 10, 2010. On June 19, the band began their Teen Top Zepp Tour 2012 in Japan with stops in Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo.
Before returning official summer Teen Top, two music video teasers were released on the official YouTube channel of the group on July 28 and 31 [12] On August 3, the music video "Be Ma Girl" (Korean: It takes me and sagwilrae). 2013: European Tour and No. 1
In February 2013, Teen Top made their first European tour, "TEEN TOP SHOWS! Tour Live in Europe 2013," making stops in Germany, England, France and Spain. The tour was a success and set a new record decibel for his concert in Paris, France. [13] [14]
On February 08, TOP Media announced that Teen Top will be releasing their first studio album titled, No. 1, February 25 with a track from the album, I want to love (love, want), pre-releasing on 15th . The first song sung in the video because I want to love was released on the 12th. Both the track and Music Video for "I want love, love (and want) were released on the 15th, the music video presented scenarios streets and Hong Kong.
